From their humble beginnings as a little-known nineties noise rock band to critical acclaim for one of Pitchfork's top albums of the 2000s, San Francisco's Deerhoof have made a name for themselves with a prolific and ever-evolving catalog of challenging indie rock. Tonight, the band will be support their latest release Breakup Song with an all-ages show in SoMa.

Breakup Song's 11 tracks are a fresh batch of densely packed and tightly would electronic rock gems. While it may sound like repetitive praise on paper, the band's only consistent quality has always been their devotion to dodging expectations. That said: expect everyone in the band to collapse in a pile by the end of their set.
