According to KRON 4 Morning News, a shooting this morning has sparked shelter in place at Blackfield and Meadow Lane in Concord. Viewers have been calling into the aforementioned news station to say that they've received an automated calling telling them to stay indoors.

Claycord notes that if you're in the area, you should stay indoors someplace safe for "at least the next two hours."
