Terror struck a 25-year-old man after being shot while walking though the Tenderloin early Saturday morning. See, the fuzz headed over to the 400 block of Ellis, near Jones, a little before 1:45 a.m., which is where they found victim.

SF Appeal notes, "The 25-year-old victim was walking when two unknown male suspects, also traveling on foot, shot him." The victim is said to be in stable condition.
