Two ladies of the evening were minding their own business, trying to make a buck Saturday night at the corner of 20th and Capp, when they were robbed of their cellphones and purses.

A group of ne'er-do-wells approached the two women just after midnight, and seeing no pimp in sight, proceeded to rob them. They lost cash, ID cards, phones, etc., and having been thus wronged, they went to the police. It's unclear how much manpower the SFPD is devoting to solving the case.

This is also near where a sexual assault occurred at Capp and 19th this past June. In that case, a woman leaving Bender's was robbed and raped by two men along the same street.
