Two Juveniles Shot Over the Weekend, One in Fillmore, One in Bayview

On Saturday afternoon a boy whose age has still not been released was shot on the 1500 block of Eddy Street. Early reports said that he was being pursued by another juvenile who shot him, and that he was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. Then, on Sunday, another boy was shot while waiting for a bus in the Bayview.

The 14-year-old in that incident was found just before 7 p.m. on Sunday at a Muni bus stop near Ingalls Street and Northridge Avenue. He had a gunshot wound to his arm, and told police that two male suspects had open-fired on the bus stop.

He was taken to S.F. General, and it sounds like he will also survive.

No arrests have been made in either case, and there is no suspect information at this time.
