Oh dear. An estimated 5,000-7,000 PG&E customers are without power this morning. The problem began last night, with some customers experiencing periodic blackouts. However, according to PG&E, the outage began at 8:44 AM today. There is no estimated time for power to be restored. This is affecting customers from Laurel Heights to Haight-Ashbury. Sorry, folks.
This morning's power disaster care of Pacific Gas and Electric comes on the heels of last night's outage that hit over 10,000 San Francisco customers. Ugh.
