Learn How To Pickle Everything, Pair Beer at the Ferry Building

Over the next three Saturdays in July, CUESA (Center for Urban Education about Sustainable Agriculture) will host a series of demos/classes at the Ferry Building. Do you want to learn how to pickle good? Pair lamb and beer? Create sweet treats? Well, you're in luck.

Local chefs, like Dennis Lee (Namu Gaji) and Francis Ang (Fifth Floor), Luis Villazelazquez (La Victoria Bakery), Evan Bloom and Leo Beckerman (Wise Sons), Tom Pizzica (Food Network), will be participating. Tickets run from $28-$35. It's all a big lead up to SF Chefs, running July 30-August 5, the city's annual food week that culminates in dramatic bacchanalias in Union Square.
