Around 5:20 p.m. yesterday evening, two men were shot while walking on Apgar street about a block and a half from the MacArthur BART Station in Oakland. According to police, two unidentified suspects approached the men and shot them with a handgun on the sidewalk in broad daylight.

Officers responding to the scene found the two victims in the street. They were both sent to a nearby hospital and are considered to be in stable condition. Oakland PD has not released a motive or provided a suspect description, but there is a reward of up to $10,000 for anyone who can provide information leading to the shooter's arrest.
