Two people were murdered last night in a shooting that took place on Silver Avenue and Elmira street. A third person was injured, but survived the incident which occurred just before 10:30 p.m.
The deceased have been identified as Allen Vance, 39, and Chastity Dollison, 20.
According to police there are still no suspects, but obviously the case is still unfolding. A second shooting occurred nearby, near Candlestick Park, not long after the first incident, and at least one person may have been injured in that shooting.
This means we are now up to 32 homicides for 2012, kids, with this extra violent week heading into the first days of summer.
