A triplet of horrible men around the ages of "25 and 35" brutally mugged a pair of teens Monday night in the city's Western Addition. Near the intersection of McAllister and Laguna at around 5:50 p.m.,. they walked up to a pair of 13- and 14-year-old boys and demanded money. They refused, which is when things got ugly. SFGate reports: "one of the robbers showed him a gun in the waistband of his pants, and then punched him in the face." Things got progressively worse "when the 13-year-old intervened, a second man burned his face with a cigarette."

Though the injuries were "minor," and they creeps fled with money and an MP3 player, the attack is pretty brutal. No arrests have been made. No description of the suspect is immediately available.
