Ever wonder how your BART seat sausage* gets made? Well, wonder no longer with this hi-def, time-lapse video, in which an entire BART car goes from completely barren to something you actually might not mind taking to work in the mornings, all in under 45 seconds.

Unfortunately, these workers appear to be installing a fresh round of fart-trapping wool seats rather than those sanitized vinyl benches we were promised awhile back. But at least they're not still holding in nearly 40 years of flatulence, right? Who would want to sit on seats like that? (You. This morning on your way to work, probably.)
