We've been watching the streets for Google's robot Priuses ever since the company announced they had logged hundreds of thousands of driverless miles on California's highways a few years back. (One time, one of these things tried to run us down on Fell Street. True story!) About a year and a half and another 100,000 miles later, Google demonstrates some practical applications for the hybrid vehicles. Practical applications like... making trips to the Taco Bell drive-thru. Observe:


To be fair, Steve — the "driver" in the video — lost 95% of his eyesight, so he wouldn't otherwise be driving himself to satisfy his Doritos Locos Tacos cravings, but you think some Google engineer could have programmed his ride to take him to get a real taco, at least.
