A minor 4.0 quake hit the Bay Area at 5:33 Monday morning, rattling parts of San Francisco and the East Bay. Did you feel it? According to USGS, it was centered in El Cerrito on the Hayward fault. Folks on Twitter described the quake as a "jolt or rumble," "strong," "could've have been just a 4.0," and "I am never ever sleeping naked again!"
