Just two months in to 2012 and this current wave of knife crime is showing no signs of slowing down. The latest incident occurred late last night/early Tuesday morning outside of a bar on Mission Street in the Excelsior District. The victim, a 24-year-old man, came outside around 1:30 a.m. to find a female acquaintance of his getting involved in a fight with an Asian male suspect in his early twenties. After making it back in to the club to get help, the victim is now in critical condition at S.F. General Hospital. Witnesses told the cops that the suspect fled the scene South on Mission Street in a black Honda Civic. The suspect is described as an Asian male in his early twenties, with spikey black hair, 5-foot-6, weighing 170 pounds.
