Smack dab in the Mission District's self-consciously insouciant yet tragically posh area of 24th and Mission, a man was stabbed early this morning during an altercation. The 53-year-old male victim was hit in the lower back by a 21-year-old male suspect during a fight at around 1:30 a.m.
According to SF Appeal, "The victim was taken to San Francisco General Hospital to be treated for his injuries, which are not considered life-threatening."
