Berkeley police are seeking information about the murder of 35-year-old Kenneth Allen Warren of Hercules, who was gunned down Thursday on the 3000 block of Shattuck Avenue. Warren worked at a nearby barbershop, and the motive for the crime is not known, but police do not believe it was random.
