Sure, you commuters who drive see this almost every single day, but those of us who do not spew fumes across the Bay Bridge don't get to see updates of the new span in progress nearly as much. And with that, here's a nifty view of the new and old bridge spans shot on January 22, 2012.
The estimated date for new bridge to traffic in both directions is 2013.
