A fight between some middle-aged goons and a 40-year-old victim almost turned in to a case of vehicular manslaughter in Nob Hill Wednesday evening. According to Bay City News, the victim suffered life-threatening stab wounds after one of the two suspects got out of the El Camino and picked a fight just before 6 p.m. yesterday. During the tussle, the second suspect ran over the victim with the Chevrolet.

Officers arriving at the scene on California Street near Grace Cathedral arrested the two male suspects aged 39 and 45. The victim, meanwhile, was taken to SF General Hospital to be treated for those stab wounds.
