Ta-da! City Hall's (ahem) Holiday Tree has arrived in Civic Center plaza to generally embarrass the denuded sycamores with its coniferous splendor. Not to be confused with the Macy's-sponsored Union Square tree, the Pier 39 tree, or the Ghirardelli square tree — all of which light up next week in anticipation of the November-December shopping season.
