A rare interview with the very attractive and very homicidal Ted Bundy. In this video, we see Bundy sporting a brown turtleneck and facial hair sure to make any gay hipster verdigris with envy. He's as charming as ever. Bundy was a prolific serial killer, rapist, kidnapper, and necrophile who assaulted and killed numerous young women during the 1970s. Before his execution, he confessed to at least 30 homicides committed in seven states between 1974 and 1978. The true total remains unknown, and is possibly much higher.
Never has Oscar gold shined brighter than when Charlize Theron portrayed Aileen Wuornos, America's first female serial killer to be executed. Here, in Nick Broomfield's near-perfect Life and Death of a Serial Killer, Wuornos is interviewed one day before execution. She goes from mild to wild at the 5:00 mark.
Ricardo Lopez was crazy for Bjork. Literally. He tried to kill her via an acid bomb device sent through the mail in the mid 1990s. Thankfully, the bomb failed to reach the Icelandic pop star. She wasn't hurt her. Sadly, Ricardo wasn't so lucky. Lopez put a gun in his mouth and fired moments after this clip ends. Warning: this video is not for the faint of heart.
Never has an away acceptance speech been so glamorous and disturbing as Patty Duke's Emmy Award win for Best Actress in a Television Movie. She revealed several years later she was suffering from undiagnosed bipolar disorder. (It gets going at the 1:30 mark.)
Sharon Tate, 10050 Cielo Drive, La Bianca, the family... what more can one say about Charles Manson, the sociopath that your big brother probably still thinks is a misunderstood genius? How about, "God God!" You'll see what we mean after watching Manson's response to a very simple question.
