Financial District / Shots Fired: A car chase that led CHP officers off the freeway and into downtown S.F. Saturday night ended with the driver crashing near the TransAmerica pyramid and subsequently firing shots at the officers. Lower Haight / Missing Person: Mark Marvin, 39, was last seen October 6 leaving his apartment. His car was later found near Baker Beach. No one has seen or heard from him since October 6, and police are seeking information, if you have any. [BCN/Appeal]

Healdsburg / Murder: A man identified as 46-year-old Gabino Santiago was shot and killed around 2 a.m. Sunday near a marijuana farm in Healdsburg. His body was subsequently found several hours later in a heavily wooded area outside of town. [Examiner, Chron]

Oakland / Arrest Made: An arrest has been made in the stabbing and subsequent arson that happened on Collidge Avenue last month. The suspect is parolee Henry Cervantes, 47, and one of the victims was also a parolee. Cervantes is a high-ranking member of the Nuestra Familia prison gang. [Chron]
