A Mill Valley woman sits in the clink and a whole mess of trouble after allegedly driving under the influence and "striking and critically injuring" a pedestrian in the Richmond District on Saturday at Fulton Street and 20th Avenue at around 10 p.m.
The victim, according to SF Examiner, was a 40-year-old woman crossing the street. She was "taken to San Francisco General Hospital with a life-threatening skull fracture, according to police."
The suspect, a 36-year-old woman driving a silver Passat, "stopped at the scene but was arrested a short time later on suspicion of driving under the influence."
