Berkeley / Missing Person: An 86-year-old woman suffering from dementia went missing last night around 8 p.m. from her assisted living facility on the 2600 block of Shattuck Avenue. Though she usually needs a walker, she can get by without it, and she's wandered off before -- including two months ago, when she was found in downtown Berkeley. Western Addition / Shooting: A 47-year-old woman was shot in the buttocks last night around 11 p.m. while walking on the 1100 block of Turk Street. [Examiner]
Outer Sunset / Indecent Exposure: A very sweaty man is accused of exposing himself to children, and yelling at them, while he was out "taking a walk" on the 2500 block of 41st Avenue. The apparently mentally ill man has had run-ins with cops before. [Examiner]
Bayview / Arrest Made: A 16-year-old has been arrested in connection with a shooting on September 20 in which a five-year-old girl got caught in gang cross-fire. The girl survived the shooting, and police are still seeking a second suspect in this case. [BCN/Appeal]
