Not wanting to feel left out, Walnut Creek is going to get its very own Occupy protest on Wednesday, where literally dozens 20 people will gather at the corner of Mt. Diablo Boulevard and Locust Street at 4 p.m. to take a stand against corporate greed.

Walnut Creek resident and organizer Sergio Lubizer encourages other Contra Costa County residents to join in the fun, and to bring their own 99-percenter signage, though some signs will be provided. The location was chosen because of its proximity to the Bank of America and Wells Fargo branches.

Meanwhile, in New York City, a contingent of Occupy Wall Street protesters are planning a Millionaires March uptown, to shout outside the homes of some of Manhattan's wealthiest residents (where probably only the maids will be home), including News Corp CEO Rupert Murdoch, JP Morgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon, real estate developer Howard Milstein, and one of the world’s wealthiest hedge fund managers, John Paulson, the founder of hedge fund firm Paulson and Co.
