This is a little out of our jurisdiction, but we love a good techie-perv-news item: A 24-year-old intern at the Santa Ana Public Works Department has been charged with using his cellphone camera to videotape other guys peeing and stuff in adjacent bathroom stalls. Miguel Ruiz Fabian has been charged with 23 misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and "unlawful viewing" — he actually had 64 separate videos stored on his phone, and somebody caught him.

Good thing it wasn't Jake Gyllenhaal in the next urinal over, or Mr. Fabian might have gotten a beat-down.

Fabian made a habit of putting his cellphone on the floor in Santa Ana City Hall bathrooms in order to record videos of men in the stalls next to him. He could face six months in jail if convicted. And a lot of embarrassment.
