Woman Shot In Potrero Hill

On Thursday morning at around 7:30 a.m. in the 1000 block of Connecticut Street, a woman was shot in the ankle. The victim, "who is in her 40s," was plugged during an attempted robbery. According to police, 'the woman and the shooter know each other but that the shooting does not appear to be a case of domestic violence."

She has been taken to a nearby hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

No arrests have been made.
