Yesterday afternoon, a gunman on a bicycle shot two teenage boys during a ride-by shooting in broad daylight in the Bayview. The victims, aged 16 and 17, were at the intersection of Third Street and Palou Avenue around 2:30 p.m. when the cycling psychopath pedaled by and opened fire before using his wheels to flee the scene.

One victim was hit in the torso and the other was shot in the hand, but neither victim's injuries are considered life-threatening.
