Marina / Homicide: A body was found floating in the yacht harbor near Buchanan Street this morning around 6:30 a.m. The body is male, and police think it's likely connected to a long blood trail they spotted on the sidewalk last night around 10 p.m. that began outside a post office on Buchanan Street and streaked all the way toward the water. Oakland / Shooting: A man was fatally shot while driving on the 7200 block of Bancroft Avenue yesterday around noon. Passersby took him to the police station, and he died in the hospital. He's been identified as Christopher Ingram, 28, of Fairfield. [Chron]
Oakland / Multiple Shootings: Four people were shot while sitting in and around a van in West Oakland, listening to music around 8:25 p.m. last night. One of the victims was a pregnant woman who was not fatally injured. Another of the victims died. Another man was shot on the 1400 block of 84th Avenue around 9 p.m., and he was taken to the hospital. Also, a man was shot around 2 a.m. this morning on the 10700 block of Pippin Street, and he was able to take himself to the hospital. [Tribune]
