Dion McDaniel, a parolee from Oakland caught on film by his 28-year-old victim last week, was arrested after the widespread media coverage brought in a slew of tips from the public. McDaniel, who has 11 prior felony convictions for drug charges and burglary offenses, was found hiding in a doghouse in a yard off of 37th Street in Oakland around 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday evening.
McDaniel was charged with four felony counts of burglary, attempted oral copulation and forcible rape - with enhancements because they occurred during the robbery. according to KTVU news
