Once the service start at 12:30, the S.F. fire chief, Mayor Ed Lee, and the fire captain of house 26 will all speak. State dignitaries, such as Lieutenant Governor Gavin Newsom, will also be in attendance.

Firefighters from around the state have helped fill-in so that each San Francisco firefighter would be allowed to attend today's services.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
