COMEDY: Arj Barker, most notably of Flight of the Concords fame, brings his witty observations and even cleverer delivery to Cobb's this weekend, along with special guest Tony Camin. (8 and 10:15 p.m., Cobb's Comedy Club, 915 Columbus Avenue)

DANCE: Z Space and Mixed Bag Productions present the world premier of Zeropoint, a new multi-media performance by Bay Area dance icon, Sara Shelton Mann, and her collaborators, which is part dance, part video, and part radical social experiment, tackling questions of "nuclear meltdown, multidimensional perception, and transformational world healing." (8 p.m., Z Space @Artaud, 450 Florida Street)

FASHION/MUSIC: Well, this event certainly sounds kooky. Fashion designer Ilanio presents a sneak preview of his new line at Nightlife on Other Planets, in which "synthetic materials in Day-Glo colors romp happily with organic, exobiological forms," against the backdrop of the surreal architectural gem, the SF Unitarian Church. Psychedelic dance-rock will be provided by Jai Young Kim, and SpacEKrafT will perform their "other-wordly electronic creations." (7:30 to 10 p.m., First Unitarian Universalist Church of San Francisco, 1187 Franklin Street)
