Your Morning BART Delay: 10-Minute Waits at Powell

Just before rush hour this morning BART officials closed the platform at Powell Street station after a man in a wheelchair fell on to the tracks. The injured man was taken to the hospital, but we're sorry to say the incident forced trains from both directions to turn around before reaching Powell Street Station. Riders looking to get downtown are still looking at 10-minute delays around the station, so you'll have a little bit more time to finish the sudoku on your way to work this morning.
