The group of San Francisco voters pushing for a ballot measure that would ban male circumcision in the city says they have more than enough signatures to get the measure on the November ballot. Lloyd Schofield, the group's head foreskin preservationist, says they've gathered some 12,250 valid signatures - over 5,000 more than his group needed - and will be submitting his petition to the Department of Elections today. According to the Examiner, the department will make an official ruling on whether it qualifies for this November's ballot sometime in the next month.
