PERFORMANCE: Performing arts group Word for Word celebrate the publication of David Foster Wallace’s unfinished final novel, The Pale King, which is set in an IRS processing center in Illinois in the mid-1980s, and "tells the story of a crew of entry-level drones and their attempts to do their jobs in the face of soul-crushing boredom." Word for Word will perform selected pieces from the novel.

COMEDY: Find yourself wanting to gaze at comedians while also laughing at them? You're in luck. The Comedy Gallery combines the visual and comedic arts into "one big goopy mess." On display will be drawings and photographs of comedians by Leslie Winchester and Ameen Belbahri, and on the stage will be comedians Baron Vaughn, Kris Tinkle, Joe Gorman, Jules Posner, Brendan Lynch, and Janine Brito.
