MUSIC: SF Weekly informs us that SoCal's "retro garage revivalists," Burger Records, have gotten together with the organizers of Total Trash Fest to put on Burger Boogaloo, a three-day festival at Thee Parkside. PERFORMANCE: Tonight's edition of Friday Nights at the de Young celebrates the museum's upcoming Balenciaga and Spain exhibit, featuring Flamenco music and dance performances by Theatre Flamenco, hands-on art-making for all ages, a lecture by Professor Myra Walker, curator at the Texas Fashion Collection at University of North Texas, and the closing reception for Roberto Yamir Hernandez's CoLoRes OrGaniCos! exhibit.
