If you don't know, Fox's Kitchen Nightmares is a reality TV show in which less-than-celebrity chefs allow a foul-mouthed British jerk to swoop in and save their troubled restaurants by yelling at the staff a lot and presumably giving them nightmares. (Seriously, Gordon Ramsay is the Freddy Krueger of the food service industry. Just look at that guy.)
If you know of a local restaurant that could use a little kick in the pants, or maybe one you'd just like to see verbally abused on television, then the Appeal would like you to know the show's Casting Producer has put out the call for restaurants to be featured on the next season. All you need to do is: "send the name and location of the restaurant, as well as a brief explanation of why the place deserves to be on the show" to the very official-sounding: [email protected] or leave her a message at 1-866-226-2266. (And also leave it in the comments because we want to hear about your passive-aggressive desires to yell at the waitstaff.)
