Man Shot Killed While Sitting In Car In West Oakland

A little after 10 p.m. last night, a man was fatally shot while sitting in his car parked in the 800 block of 37th Street at West Street. "Police said the car did not belong to the man, and they are still trying to determine what he was doing in the area," reports Oakland Tribune.
