SFist Blotter: Four Shootings and a Stabbing

Mission / Shooting: A 27-year-old man was shot while sitting in his car on the 1500 block of Alabama Street near Cesar Chavez around 10:30 p.m. last night. The shooting is believed to be gang-related, and the victim remains alive but critical in the hospital. Police have no suspects. [Appeal/Bay City News]

Potrero / Shootings: Around 7:40 p.m. on Saturday, police found 25-year-old Aldo Hernandez dead in his car, with several gunshot wounds, at the Potrero Hill Rec Center. Police believe he was an "intended target" of a gang-related shooting. [Examiner]

Also, an unrelated shooting occurred at 25th and Connecticut two hours earlier. The victim, a man in his 50s, is expected to survive his wounds. [Examiner]

Mission / Shooting: Earlier on Saturday/Friday night, another Aldo, 24-year-old Aldo Troncoso (a.k.a. Trigger) was murdered, gang-style, near 17th and Mission. A makeshift memorial has sprung up at the scene. [Examiner]

Mission / Stabbing: Also late Friday/early Saturday, at 1:50 a.m., a 28-year-old man was stabbed after walking out of a bar near 16th and Mission Streets. He says he was attacked by four men in their early 20s. The victim's injuries are described as life-threatening. [CBS, KTVU]

Two months into 2011, this brings SF's homicide total to 15, and possibly higher if these injured victims don't make it.
