Hayes, Bill Clinton, and Millard Fillmore, actor turned politician Ronald Reagan - who, during his second term, might or might not have served the country under the duress of Alzheimer's Disease - was voted the greatest U.S. President of all time, according to a Gallup poll.

Barack Obama, finished seventh in the poll (garnering 5 percent of the vote), while his George W. Bush came in 10th with two percent.
