Sand Truck Spill Closes Two Eastbound Lanes on Bay Bridge

Two lanes of traffic just before the Bay Bridge tunnel are closed after a truck carrying sand spilled its contents. Traffic, which we can see outside the windows of SFist headquarters, is frighteningly backed up.
