Chef William Pilz and his Hapa SF truck will park outside Bar Basic in SOMA tonight. And, yes, we know, this is a regular weekly thing. Tonight, however, he will cook for patrons inside the bar.

No reservations, food preparation starts at 5. Orders will be taken at the bar, food cooked in the truck, and then served in the bar. Got it? Good. Head over to Bar Basic, 510 Brannan (at Fourth Street).
