Dream House Gets Drastic Price Cut

The lovely folks at Curbed have word that the famous 815 Alvarado Street house in Noe Valley, the Dream House for the Yerba Buena Center's popular annual auction, is on the market. And the price has been cut $640,000 to a still-expensice $2,325,000.

But what about the raffle winner? Curbed reports, "Shunning the house, the winner took the $1,500,00 cash prize, choosing to remain ensconced in Oakland where she already had a house and presumably, a mortgage to pay off."
