Au Revoir, Lumpia Rolls: Jollibee Shutters SoMa Store

Au Revoir, Lumpia Rolls: Jollibee Shutters SoMa Store

We're a wee bit late getting you this fading fast-food story. Apologies. Anyway: Jollibee's, the Philippines most famous fast-food chain, has closed its SoMa location. According to LiveSOMA, "both Jollibee (200 Fourth St) and the Red Ribbon Bakeshop (also at 200 Fourth St) have closed their doors for good at their Fourth Street locations." The store closed on Nov. 30. Alas.

SFist, if you recall, reviewed Jollibee fare earlier this year, giving it less than enthusiastic acclaim. However, we sure will miss those lumpia roll.

What should go in the empty Fourth and Howard location
ow, you winder? Well, we sure wouldn't mind a Wendy's. (Oh, you heard correct.) But what say you?
