According to an SFist tipster, the J-Church line was just backed up several trains deep near 18th and Church due to a medical emergency. Multiple fire trucks were on the scene, and a stretcher was being brought onto the train. Passengers leaving the train were overheard saying a female passenger suffered a heart attack. [SFist]
