One-time gubernatorial hopeful Meg Whitman will be heading to court this morning in San Jose, where her former housekeeper Nicky Diaz-Santillan is seeking some back pay for jobs she performed outside of her housekeeping duties. Diaz-Santillan, you'll remember was unceremoniously fired when Whitman decided to make a play for Sacramento and is represented by "Discrimination Attorney/Feminist Lawyer" Gloria Allred, who has already scheduled a post-game news conference for today.
