- 400 lbs of house-ground beef and sirloin for cheese steaks and burgers
- 10 cases of avocado for guacamole and salsa
Yeah, that's a lot of beef.
Also, we have zero reports of any nasty fisticuffs taking place at the food spots, which is more than nearby McDonald's can say.
