Zaré at Flytrap Chef Suffers Heart Attack

Our thoughts go out to Hoss Zaré, the benevolent and talented chef behind Zaré at Flytrap. According to his Facebook page and the SFist tipline, Zare suffered a (presumably) mild heart attack yesterday. We called Flytrap who told us that he's now "doing fine," "talking," and should make a full recovery. (Your editor was just at Zaré on Monday enjoying their crack-like french fries with saffron sauce. So good.)
