Muni Supends Outbound Train Service

Service is suspended this morning on all Muni outbound trains (according to KRON) from Embarcadero to West Portal "due to a mechanical problem." Shuttle buses are running instead. Update: KCBS reports, "MUNI METRO: Outbound service remains suspended due to severed cable. Bus shuttles are running btwn Embarcadero and W. Portal. (9:07am)" Muni says it will be "a couple of hours" before they can make repairs. Sorry, folks.
