Oakland police are warning women around Lake Merritt about two recent assaults. On Sunday evening, two women were robbed and sexually assaulted "in relatively secluded areas." Both attacks happened within hours of each other.

"Police believe the attacker in both cases might have been the same person," reports BCN (via CBS 5). "He is described as a black male in his 20s, 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet tall, with a medium build. He was wearing dark clothing and was armed with a weapon."
