Get your Sharpie's and spray cans ready, the San Francisco Arts Commission (SFAC) and the Department of Public Works (DPW) have joined forces to launch a Mobile Free Wall Activity pilot program, which debuts this Sunday at Sunday Streets in the Western Addition at the intersection of Fillmore and Turk streets.

The event is open to people of all backgrounds and activity levels, and notable street artists will be on hand to demonstrate. Chor Boogie, creator of The Color Therapy of Perception, the large-scale mural on Market Street between 6th and 7th streets, will host Sunday's event.

The next Free Wall Activity will take place at the October 24 Sunday Streets event in the Civic Center and Tenderloin neighborhoods. The Graffiti Advisory Board is exploring the possibility of installing permanent free walls.
